Complaints Procedure
We welcome feedback about content accuracy, accessibility, data handling and communication quality.
Step 1: Send your complaint
Email admin@thefrynnkhimdrex.site with subject “Complaint” and include relevant page URLs and details.
Step 2: Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days.
Step 3: Review and response
We investigate the issue and provide a response, usually within 20 business days.

If your complaint concerns personal data and you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.
